Return Process

  Log into your Supertails account, navigate to 'Order History', and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack the Items

  Place the fashion items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our returns portal using the provided label.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
